The Artemis Society of Dallas

It is the duty of the Public Relations Committee to provide consistency and oversight for all public events undertaken by the Artemis Society of Dallas.  The Public Relations Committee assists the other committees in maintaining a consistent appearance for all public events and maintains the inventory of display and promotional materials to be used at such events.  It is also the duty of the Public Relations Committee to prepare and release all public documents, such as flyers, press releases, newsletters and bulletins.

All other committees and project teams must consult the Public Relations Committee before holding a public event in order to maintain a consistent public appearance for the Artemis Society of Dallas.  Likewise, all members must submit documents they intend for public release for the approval of the Public Relations Committee before these documents are released.

There are no project teams under the management of the ASD Public Relations Committee at this time.
